Draft — not legally reviewed

Terms of Service

This document is not final and is not yet binding. Creator365Media has not had it reviewed by a lawyer, and it must be replaced before the network takes money or signs a creator.

If you are being asked to agree to something, ask us for the current version first — support@creator365media.com.

These terms will set out the agreement between Creator365Media and the creators and brands who use the network — what each side owes the other, and what happens when something goes wrong.

What the final version will cover

  • Who may join, and on what basis an application can be refused or an account suspended.
  • How conversions are confirmed, and the circumstances in which earnings can be reversed or scrubbed.
  • Payment terms: thresholds, schedule, methods, and what happens to a balance on termination.
  • The commission structure, and that payouts are set per campaign and shown before a creator takes it.
  • Fraud policy — what counts as invalid traffic and the consequences of sending it.
  • FTC disclosure obligations: creators must clearly disclose paid promotion on every campaign.
  • Advertiser obligations: accurate offer terms, honouring confirmed conversions, and paying on time.
  • Intellectual property in creative assets supplied by advertisers and content made by creators.
  • Limitation of liability, written for a performance network — NOT the software-subscription language inherited from the forked codebase.
  • Governing law, dispute resolution, and how changes to these terms are notified.
